Using PumpkinTrack

Service terms.

PumpkinTrack is an order and shipment workspace. Use the service only for accounts, mailboxes, and data you are authorized to access. You are responsible for protecting your login and checking the source records for important decisions.

Subscription plans

PumpkinTrack Pro is planned at $9.99 USD per month or $99.99 USD per year. The yearly plan is charged as one annual payment; its approximately $8.33 monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment option.

Paid subscriptions are not open yet. Choosing a plan currently opens the workspace with that plan selected. It does not charge you or start a paid subscription.

When checkout becomes available, it will show the billing interval, amount, any applicable taxes, and renewal terms before you confirm. A subscription renews at its selected interval until cancelled. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access already paid for continues through its paid period unless a refund, reversal, or other applicable rule changes it.

Web purchases will be managed through the web payment provider. Apple purchases, when offered, are managed through your Apple Account. Permanent account deletion cancels connected web subscriptions before their ownership records are erased. Apple subscriptions must be cancelled separately in Apple subscription settings. Refund requests follow applicable law and the rules of the provider through which you purchased.

Order information and estimates

PumpkinTrack reads supported receipt formats. Messages can be delayed, missing, unsupported, or misinterpreted. Shipment status comes from imported receipts and does not establish a live carrier scan. Review carrier tracking, merchant records, and original messages for confirmation.

Estimated amounts, missing quantities, partial shipments, and uncertain matches are labeled where the app can identify them. Purchase and sales summaries are not a complete accounting ledger. The service does not guarantee a resale price, profitability, tax treatment, delivery date, or refund.

Connections and availability

You choose which providers to connect and may revoke access with those providers. Provider outages, rate limits, expired permissions, and changes to receipt formats can interrupt imports. Initial history collection may require multiple rounds. Connected mail is collected and supported receipts are read in the background; open the app to load the latest saved updates.

Gmail's public integration is in Testing mode and requires Google approval before public access. Approved test accounts can connect while that work continues. iPhone App Store availability will be announced on the website; the existence of an iPhone build does not mean it is currently listed in the store.

Acceptable use

Do not access another person's workspace without authorization, bypass access controls, resell access credentials, overload the service, or upload unlawful content. You must have the rights and permissions needed for data you import. The service may limit access necessary to prevent abuse or protect its users.

Your records

Keep copies of important receipts and exports. Connected imports are scoped to your account. Some manually recorded information remains device-local and is not synchronized between browsers and iPhone. Clearing storage can remove those local records.

Privacy and account deletion

The Privacy page describes data use and retention. Use account data controls to export server records or request account deletion. External mailboxes, marketplace listings, and payment-provider records remain subject to those providers' controls.

Service changes and support

Features, supported providers, and availability may change. Paid plan details will be finalized before checkout opens. See Support for the current help resources. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
